We have been delivering our crystal products to many countries around the world for many years. Shipments abroad are made via Poczta Polska or courier companies. In order to obtain detailed information regarding delivery, due to the unique nature of our products and price adjustments regarding the weight and size of a given shipment, please contact our sales specialist at kontakt@pekalla.com .
Due to the unique nature of our products, we attach great importance to proper transport. That is why online orders are delivered to you by proven courier companies with whom we have been cooperating for many years. Crystal products can also be collected in person at our Pekalla Showroom.
When receiving the goods from the carrier, please check the condition of the shipment. Although we make every effort to ensure that your orders are as well secured as possible, we cannot be held responsible for defects caused by the carrier. We remind you: if the shipment has damaged packaging indicating unauthorized tampering with the condition of the shipment or improper handling of the shipment during transport, the buyer is not obliged to accept the shipment from the carrier and should immediately complain about the damaged packaging. Subsequent claims for damage to the goods during transport will no longer be considered.

If you order a product that we have in stock, we will ship your parcel within 2-3 days (on business days) from the date you place your order.
Pekalla products are handmade, so if the crystals you have chosen are not currently in stock, the lead time in our workshop is 5 to 14 days. We believe that your long-awaited order will bring you even more joy.
In accordance with applicable regulations, a customer making a purchase remotely, outside the stationary Pekalla showroom, has the right to withdraw from the sales contract and return the goods without giving a reason.
The deadline for withdrawal from the contract for the sale of goods expires after 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment with the goods you ordered.
