DELIVERY INFORMATION
For many years, we have been delivering our crystal products to many countries around the world. International shipping is carried out via Poczta Polska (Polish Post) or courier companies. For precise information regarding delivery, due to the unique nature of our products and the adjustment of prices according to the weight and size of each shipment, please contact our sales specialist at kontakt@pekalla.com .
Due to the exceptional nature of our products, we place extreme importance on proper transport. That is why online orders are delivered to you by trusted courier companies with whom we have been cooperating for many years. Crystal products can also be collected in person at our Pekalla Showroom.
Upon receiving the goods from the carrier, please check the condition of the shipment. Although we make every effort to ensure that your orders are as well-protected as possible, we cannot be held responsible for defects caused by the carrier. Please remember: if the shipment has damaged packaging indicating unauthorized tampering or improper handling during transport, the buyer is not obliged to accept the shipment from the carrier and should immediately file a claim regarding the damaged packaging. Subsequent claims regarding damage to goods during transport will not be considered.
DELIVERY TIME
If you order a product that we have in stock, we will ship the package within 2-3 days (business days) from the date of placing the order.
Pekalla products are handmade items; therefore, if the crystals you have selected are not currently in stock, the lead time in our workshop is between 5 and 14 days. We believe that such a highly anticipated order will bring even more joy.
